Shipping policy

Thank you for your interest in our freshly made-to-order products. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality products to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, since our products are made to order, please note that there may be a delay in the shipping and delivery of your order. Here is our shipping and delivery policy for made-to-order products:

1. Order Processing: Once you place an order, we will begin processing it immediately. This includes placing a bulk order of all pre-orders to the manufacturers, sourcing in the materials, manufacturing the product, and performing quality checks to ensure that it meets our high standards.
2. Production Time: Since our made-to-order products are specially crafted for you, they require a production time of at least 2-3 weeks (it could be sooner). Our products contain herbal infusions so we need to give them plenty of time to infuse. Please note that this production time does not include shipping time.
3. Shipping: Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, we will ship it out to you. The shipping time will depend on your location and the shipping method you choose. It is important to note that shipping time is in addition to the production time.
4. Delivery: We partner with reputable shipping companies to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely and secure manner. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your package. Please be aware that delivery times may be impacted by unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
5. International Shipping: We will offer international shipping soon for our products. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on your location and any customs regulations that may apply. Please note we will not be liable for any customs or import charges, or any additional fees incurred upon the delivery of your order.
6. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.
7. Order Updates: We will keep you informed of the status of your order through email notifications. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received, when it is processed, and when it ships.
8. Returns and Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, specially crafted for you, and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
